Privacy Policy
Effective October 16, 2026
This policy explains what information Liberty Tree Service (“we,” “us”) collects through libertytreeservicema.com and how it is used.
Information we collect
When you submit the quote request form, we collect the information you enter: your name, phone number, email address, job address, the service you need, and your description of the job.
If you call, text, or email us, we receive the information you choose to send, such as your phone number, email address, and any photos.
When we can't answer, our automated phone assistant may answer the call and take your details. If you tick “Call me to schedule the estimate” on the quote form, the assistant may call or text the number you gave, once, to set up a time. Calls may be recorded and summarized so we can follow up. If you don't tick the box, you won't get an automated call.
This website does not use analytics, advertising trackers, or tracking cookies.
How we use your information
We use your information only to respond to your request, provide estimates, schedule and perform work, and communicate with you about your job. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
Third-party services
The website relies on these services, which may process limited technical information (such as your IP address and browser type) under their own privacy policies:
- Netlify hosts the website and receives quote form submissions.
- Google reCAPTCHA protects the quote form from spam. It is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, and may set cookies needed for that check.
- Google Fonts provides the fonts used on the site.
- Retell AI runs our automated phone assistant and processes call audio and transcripts. Retell Privacy Policy
- Obsidian Digital Group manages our website and the system that delivers quote requests and call summaries to us.
Links to Google reviews, Google Maps, and Facebook take you to those sites, which have their own privacy policies.
How long we keep information
We keep quote requests and job records only as long as needed to serve you and meet business and legal record-keeping requirements.
